Frankie Lymon was a star at 13, washed up at 16, a drug addict at 17, and dead at 25. His Gee recordings caught the spirit of rock 'n' roll as music made by and for teenagers. This set includes all of his recordings for the Gee-Roulette labels, recorded between 1955 and 1977 and, of course, includes his great hits Why Do Fools Fall In Love, The ABCs Of Love, I'm Not A Juvenile Delinquent and I Want You To Be My Girl'. The exuberance is irrepressible.    REZENSION   Er war der erste wirkliche Teenager-Star: Frankie Lymon, 1955 gerade mal knabenhafte 13 Jahre alt, eroberte mit Why Do Fools Fall In Love die Herzen von New York über L.A. bis London. Rechtzeitig zum 40. Geburtstag seines Erstlings-Hits vereint die Box Complete Recordings 142 Songs: weitere Hits wie I Want You To Be My Girl oder I Promise To Remember, aber auch unbekanntes Material wie posthume Einspielungen von Lymons Begleitgruppe, The Teenagers - denn der früh erfolgreiche Frankie starb mit 25 Jahren an einer Überdosis Heroin.   © Audio -- Audio\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Frankie Lymon","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":42343882621116,"sku":"B000024DX7","price":154.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0311\/4699\/9943\/files\/73f877f216a35f68c3d73af0f1c7f605577a247d_BD5899776B.jpg?v=1768312589","url":"https:\/\/techstudik.com\/products\/complete-recordings-b","provider":"techstudik.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
